Elisha Tshuma
Chairman

Elisha Tshuma is a Customs and Trade Facilitation Expert based in Zimbabwe. He holds a Master of Commerce Degree in Management in Trade Law and Policy from the University of Cape Town and has worked extensively in the area of customs, tax and border administration in southern Africa. Elisha is a visiting lecturer at the University of Sciences (NUST) where he teaches Customs Management and Reforms. Doreen Vimbai Gapare
Legal Practictioner

Doreen Vimbai Gapare is a legal practitioner and co- founding Partner in the firm of Tanyanyiwa Gapare (TG) Attorneys, which was formed in September 2018. She is a former partner of the firm Scanlen & Holderness which she joined in 2008 after spending a few years as a public prosecutor in the then Criminal Division of the Attorney General’s Office from 2005. Doreen assists her clients with corporate and commercial law matters, conveyancing and property law, family law and criminal litigation. She graduated with a bachelor of laws degree from Rhodes University, Grahamstown, South Africa in 2005.

She is passionate about women’s empowerment (in every sense) and development and is a member of PROWEB (Professional Women, Women Executives and Business Women’s Forum) and ZWLA (Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association) – which organisations speak to such passion and indeed assist women in asserting their rights and realising their full potential. She is a co-founder and Trustee in the Vakundi Trust an organisation that seeks to address gender issues through male engagement and participation.

Doreen is the chairperson of the Disciplinary Committee of the PSL, a board member of the Tose Respite Care Home Board and a former councillor of the Marondera University of Agricultural Science and Technology. Her professional memberships include, the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Erusmas Mavondo
Chartered Accountant

Erasmus Mavondo is a Fellow chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a registered public accountant (RPacc) (Zimbabwe). He has over twenty five years’ experience in financial administration and reporting. He has extensive experience compliance with statutes and International Financial reporting standards. Willard Lawrence Mushove

Willard holds a Msc. Fiscal Studies degree from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) as well as a Bsc. International Purchasing, Transport & Logistics degree from the Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT). Willard has more than three decades of experience in customs clearing and freight forwarding which he gained in both public and private sectors. His areas of in interest in ACCETS are training and tariff classification. Juliet Matare
Capacity building and Trade Facilitation Expert

Juliet is a holder of MBA Degree in Customs Management from the University of Canberra, an MSc Degree in HR Management from Midlands State University, Bachelor Degree in HR Management from the Zimbabwe Open University, a certificate and diploma in Computer studies from CITMA College in Harare and an International Computer Driving Licence. She has more than 35 years of experience customs and trade facilitation. Her interests include capacity building and trade facilitation. Inviolata Sithole
Technology Development

Inviolata holds a Degree in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. She is a trained Customs and Excise Expert and has 36 years of experience as a practitioner.  She is an Asycuda Expert and has been consulting for UNCTAD in different assignments since leaving the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority. Yotamu Jacob

Yotamu holds a Master’s Degree in International Customs Law and Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He has more than four decades of experience as a Customs and Excise Practitioner. Yotamu was trained and witnessed customs operations in South Africa, Namibia, the UK and the Federal Republic of Germany.  He is currently occupying himself as both a farmer and an Independent Customs Consultant.
